Como retirar este CE_UmbrellaCert

olá, sou novo no fórum e gostaria de ajuda, pois estou com o mesmo problema - espero estar postando no lugar correto.
usei o JRT para fazer a limpeza, mas a caixa do Umbrella continua aparecendo.
o que posso fazer?
